d-Knot Return & Exchange Policy

At d-Knot, we care about your shopping experience. Every tracksuit we make goes through quality checks, but if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ve got you covered. Our goal is simple: style with peace of mind.

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. (Note: items bought during special sales, clearance, or promotional offers cannot be returned or exchanged.)

Exchange Guidelines

We’ll gladly arrange an exchange if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The product is returned with its original d-Knot packaging and tags.
  • Courier/shipping charges are non-refundable in case of an exchange.
  • Please attach a copy of your order confirmation email or invoice with the parcel.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your required size/color is not available, our team will guide you with the best alternative.

Return Guidelines

Returns are accepted only in the following case:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • In this situation, d-Knot will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Always include your order confirmation email or invoice in the return parcel.
  • You can choose either:
    • A replacement/exchange, if stock is available.
    • Or a full refund for the faulty product.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our team at sales@d-knot.pk with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Our support team will share step-by-step instructions.
  3. Ship the product back to our warehouse at the address below:

Order Cancellations

We may cancel an order in the following cases:

  • The requested item is out of stock.
  • There is a pricing or technical error on our website.
  • The payment method is declined or not verified.
  • The customer does not respond to confirmation calls or emails.

⭐ Note: This policy currently applies to our Men’s Tracksuit Collection. As d-Knot expands into Women’s and Kids’ wear, the same return and exchange process will apply.
